Specification Description

1 Machine Leveling
The bed is supported by leveling jacks equipped with anchors to be grouted to the floor, creating a preloaded system that ensures maximum rigidity of the base onto the foundation.
This allows to reach the maximum geometric and planarity precisions.

2 Bed (X Axis)
The bed is made of electro-welded steel that has undergone a stabilization treatment, maximum stiffness.

Table Translation (X Axis)

*Supported by two linear roller guides with grease lubricated carriages.
*Controlled by an optic absolute linear transducer
*The table translation and guide systems are protected by steel telescopic coves.
*Three-axis transmission system uses oil cooling to control temperature.

3 Portal (Z Axis)
The portal is made of electro-welded steel with a symmetrical configuration that has undergone a
stabilization treatment, maximum stiffness.

Crossrail Translation (Z Axis)
*Supported by four linear roller guides with grease lubricated carriages.
*Controlled by two optic absolute linear transducer.
*To guarantee high positioning accuracy and hogh axis dynamics the crossrail is equipped with
a hydraulically balancing system.
*The crossrail drive guidance and control system are protected by telescopic covers on the
*lower side and steel slat covers on the upper side.
*Three-axis transmission system uses oil cooling to control temperature.

4 Crossrail (Y Axis)
The crossrail is made of electro-welded steel that has undergone a stabilization treatment, maximum stiffness.

Head Translation (Y Axis)

5 Table

*The head consists of two pieces made of high quality grey cast iron that has undergone a stabilization treatment.

*Spindle-holder front housing rotation (with vertical spindle ±180゚)
*Driven by built-in DD motor

7 Chip Evacuation System
A pair of belt conveyors in the base at the sides of the table unload the chips into a third conveyor at the back of the machine. This conveyor unloads the chips into the collection container.

8 Machine Protection
The machine is equipped with fixed and movable perimeter guards. which have the function of preventing operator access to the various moving parts of the machine and its units during operations.
